First-gen Yukon with Hummer wheels. I like that combination.

Front trailer hitches are so useful.

Looks good. If only the black pieces on the wheels could always be angled the same, the out of sych thing kinda drives me nuts a little.

Ha, I didn't notice that but now it's all I see.

Heh, sorry. I always see that kind of stuff. That thing in the front is a foldable rack right? Doesn't look like any bull bar I've seen. Maybe it's just NY so anything that people will hit before your bumper is good to have on your car/truck.

It's a combination foldable rack and front trailer hitch so it can be towed behind an RV. This thing means business. It has New York plates, but I don't know where it came from or whose it is.

I'm going to sound like a dick, fair warning.
Not a 1st gen Yukon..it's what we (I've been a member of a forum dedicated to this body style of suv and truck since I bought my 96 back in 2004) call either an OBS (dates back to when the forums were started, there was old body style and new body style) or technically a GMT-400. It's also a Suburban, Yukon XL didn't start until the "NBS" GMT-800 trucks came out. And it's on H3 wheels.
Now for the good. A lot of GM and Dodge guys run H2 wheels (8 lugs). And they're a damn sexy wheel.
Everyone back to their Friday end of the day monotony now.

I stand corrected, but honestly, I'm not gonna call it a GMC Suburban.

But but but...it was a GMC Suburban for like 60+ years.

Nice combo, but what's that bar and mesh plate thing on the front of it?
![]() 10/11/2013 at 18:54 |

It's a front trailer hitch (for towing it behind and RV that also doubles as a rack or stepping platform when hitched.
